Definition of burner

Burner (English name: burner) is the common name of the combustion device used in industrial fuel furnace, which can be understood as the abbreviation of "nozzle for burning fire". It usually refers to the main body of the combustion device, which has fuel inlet, air inlet and injection hole, and plays the role of distributing fuel and combustion supporting air and burning after being ejected in a certain way. Some (or all) burners can control the output temperature by adjusting the heat output of combustion in some ways (including PWM technology).

Burners can also be called burners, but they are different from the integrated burners used in small boilers. Because they belong to burners, their concepts are easily confused in production practice. The latter is an all-in-one machine, also known as a combustion engine, which consists of combustion supporting fan, fuel pressurized conveying pipe fittings and ignition monitoring controller. It is applicable to small boilers and small fuel heating furnaces with a small amount of ignition points. The former can include ignition electrode and flame monitoring probe, but the single burner generally does not include combustion supporting fan, fuel pressurizing and conveying pipe fittings and ignition monitoring controller. The burner and combustion supporting fan, combustion supporting air pipeline, fuel pressurizing and conveying pipe fittings and ignition monitoring controller need to be arranged according to the specific structure and heating process requirements of different heating furnaces. The burner has a wider application field than the integrated burner.
